Northern Cross Entry forms in Excel 2000  format to open, save and send back either via e-mail or snail mail.  Please note there are three separate tabs for Provisional Entry Form, Entry Form and Diver Entry Information.

Please return Provisional entry form by end February 2006, and the full  Northern Cross Entry Forms by Friday 7th April  to Ann Barker (e-mail AnnBarker for snail mail address / fax number.  We will be using DiveRecorder for recording the event and will send details of electronic dive sheet entry once we have confirmation of your entries..
